1. Promotion Period

The Truman Orthodontics "Beat the Heat, Win a Suite" Referral Program (the "Promotion") begins on June 1, 2026, and ends on August 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). To qualify for an entry, all referral consultations must be completed within these dates.

2. Eligibility

Referrers: The Promotion is open to active patients of record and community members who refer a new patient to Truman Orthodontics.

Friends (Referees): The referred individual must be a new patient (not an existing patient or past consultation) who schedules and attends a complimentary initial consultation during the Promotion Period.

Participants must be legal residents of Nevada and at least 18 years of age to claim the prize, or have a parent/legal guardian claim it on their behalf.

3. How to Earn Entries

Refer a Friend: An eligible Referrer receives one (1) entry into the grand prize drawing for every referred friend who successfully attends a free consultation at any Truman Orthodontics location (Summerlin, Centennial Hills, or Henderson) between 6/1/2026 and 8/31/2026. The referred friend must provide the Referrer’s full name at or before the time of the consultation for the entry to be counted.

Be the Friend: An eligible referred friend receives one (1) entry into the grand prize drawing upon completing their complimentary initial consultation during the Promotion Period (no prior referral required to win the "Friend" entry).

There is no limit to the number of referral entries an individual Referrer can earn.

4. Grand Prize Details

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a VIP Suite for the winner and up to nineteen (19) guests (total of 20 tickets) at the Las Vegas Ballpark.

The prize is valid strictly for the game on Saturday, September 12th, 2026, at 7:05 pm (Las Vegas Aviators vs. Sacramento River Cats).

The prize package includes exclusive access to the Las Vegas Ballpark Club, air-ventilated mesh outside the VIP Suite, and catered food for 20 people (including snacks, a meal, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks).

The prize does not include transportation, parking fees, alcoholic beverages, or memorabilia.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The Grand Prize winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will take place on or about September 1, 2026.

The winner will be notified via the phone number and/or email address provided to Truman Orthodontics. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, or is unable to attend the specified game date, Truman Orthodontics reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. General Conditions & Disclaimers

No Cash Value: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or orthodontic treatment value.

Scheduling: Consultation availability is subject to the standard scheduling capacity of Truman Orthodontics' locations.

Sponsorship: This Promotion is independently sponsored solely by Truman Orthodontics. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Las Vegas Aviators, the Sacramento River Cats, the Pacific Coast League, or the Las Vegas Ballpark.

Compliance: Truman Orthodontics reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or operating in violation of these terms. Void where prohibited by law.
